Fares

Regular Delegate Early Registration		650 € TTC
Regular Delegate Late Registration		700 € TTC
Student Early Registration		550 € TTC
Student Late Registration		600 € TTC
Conference Dinner		70 € TTC

The registration fee includes attendance at the conference sessions, welcome reception, book of abstracts, lunch and coffee breaks.

Accompanying Persons for Conference Dinner: €70

To register, click on the registration page. It will lead you to another website where you can pay by card for your registration. It will ask you your employor SIRET number so that it appears on the invoice.

All payment must be made on the platform by card. Registration is only taken into account once the payment has been done.

There is a refund option (possible only until May 30th, except in case of visa refusal); you will need to contact us for this. However, refunds will not be made immediately, but a few days or weeks after booking. The money will be refunded to the card used for payment.
